Comedy actor Chris Langham has been charged with child porn offences. details here. He was first questioned 6 months ago.

It says at the end of the article that the charges are linked to the "operation ore" investigation.

Does this mean they are still sifting through the names the FBI gave them years ago?

I've read a little about operation ore on the net and found plenty of talk about innocent people being caught up in the trap. Whether innocent people have been caught in the net or not, it's impossible to tell. I've never been convinced by this "operation ore" business. If UK police were given a list of names of those who accessed a child porn site, why is it taking them so long to investigate them?
